I am honored to receive the "Award of Encouragement of Research in IUMRS-ICAM 2017" (Intenational Union of Materials Research Society-International Conference on Advanced Materials).
I would like to thank the people of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering Department who gave me valuable comments and discussions on my research presentation.
Also, I would like to thank Associate Professor Yasuharu Ohgoe, Surface Coating Engineering Laboratory of the Applied Engineering Department, who always give guidance for research from my daily work and to my fellow laboratory partner.
The award was given to young researchers who only about top 10% that made an excellent presentation.
